Always Be a Good Citizen Please

I saw a Muslim Jihad extremist fall off a dock into Puget Sound this morning.     Being a responsible citizen, I informed the county emergency services. 

 

It is now 4pm and they still haven't responded.

 

I'm starting to think I wasted a stamp.
